Colette Toomer Cruz serves as the Chaplain and Production Manager for Touch The World. She is a published writer, director, producer, actor and Drama teacher, as well as the founder of Club Judah which served as the Los Angeles hub for Christian Hip Hop artists for over ten years. 

Colette is a licensed and ordained minister and the Executive Pastor of Love and Faith Christian Center in Los Angeles, CA.  Colette and her husband, of thirty-three years, Senior Pastor Dr. Paul O. Cruz, are currently in their twenty third year of pastoring.

Colette is the mother of three adult children, all of whom love the Lord with passion.  She preaches with an uncommon directness always mindful of her promise to The Lord:
